Smokers grow in a smokers' garden. Place where they can puff (legally) without having to stand out front where the street people can bug 'em.

Jon gets it in one.
The book is currently moving through LSI's system and will be amazon.com active in about ten days. When that happens, I'll announce it to the world. I'm trying to get as many people as possible to buy the book on the first day in order to make the amazon.com rank jump.

Congratulations on the great review in the October issue of Locus (I'm a little behind in my reading as it is now December).
