See what I mean about "self-effacing"?

Man, somebody needs to get this guy somebody to, like, make announcements for him. You do get people that do that sorta stuff for ye, don't you?

What are they called again?

Arseholes - the lot of you!

See this is what happens when you have a carcrash-busy day at work and don't get to NightShades all day...

..but, yeah, I'm very happy to ANNOUNCE, and in a manner neither self-effacing nor -defacing, that I have signed with the John Jarrold literary agency. John is a *giant* in the UK genre field and I'm both honoured and proud to have him in my corner as my novel The Moon King gets ready to meet the world.

Well, colour me happy!

Consider yourself coloured. See you in a little more than a week. I think Al's bringing absinthe to celebrate...?

Cor - glad I stayed out of this till now and didn't get called an arsehole.:-) Mega congrats!! On the agent and the novel. Seems like a few of my mates/people I met (as Rimmer would call them) are joining the distinguished Jarrold stable.
