Is "The Overseer" a retitling of "Mr. Morse's Blues," or is there a second Cowdrey novella in the hopper?

I got the issue--but, by tem, I couldn't comment on it. How do you feel, having so few comments on the issue? Likely more will accumulate, though.

That looked like Ambrose Bierce on the cover. Who put the siding on his house?

A long time since the last Cowdrey story ("Murder in the Flying Vatican or "Recreation Romm"???). Worth the waiting. Back in Louisiana. Cowdrey decidedly has the gift to evoke the South (Today's or Yesterday's). I love his stories, SF or Fantastic. The cover art was a bit frightening though. Frankensteinian? Could have fit the january story ("Victor and Prejudice"???)
