I remember reading a neat, dark tail many years ago about a bunch of creepy beings who drove around in a dark car and ate people by pulling them into their vehicle (memory is lacking on details) The short story was called (i think) 'The Vroom"
Does anyone know who wrote this piece?

Sorry, I don't recognize it. Have you discovered the title or author yet?

I might as well ask my own question, sort of to do with authors and stories, but more about resources.

Could someone pretty please post the The Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction index site again? I can't find it anywhere, and I'm almost positive there was another one other than the ISFDB one.

I looked on the F & SF web site, but if it is there, I must have overlooked it. I googled around for it and kept getting the ISFDB. I even searched through this forum, but to no avail. Alas.

On that last note, may I venture to recommend that y'all might consider doing a little bit of spring/summer cleaning around here? It might be a tad bit easier to find stuff if some of the old irrelevant threads and spam threads were deleted. They all wouldn't have to go, definitely, but some of the threads are duplicated or spam or never went anywhere.

The F&SF index is available at:

http://www.sfsite.com/fsf/bibliography/bibliography.htm

Or, just go to the main page at www.fsfmag.com and click on "Bibliography."

Thank you! I knew I must be overlooking something. I was looking for the wrong keywords: "index" and "database." Bibliography! It's so obvious now. :-) I had it bookmarked on my school computer, but now I'm back home working on a different computer.
