Some editors or magazines have stables of authors. Is it the case with the Gordonian F&SF?

Authors who are representative of the F&SF flavour or mood? Author's that you read here and not elsewhere? When you hear their name, you think "F&SF"?

Concerning Robert Reed, he pretty much splits half of his production for F&SF and half for Asimov's (with another half in various anthologies and publishers). It was already the case when I began reading both magazines in '95; and I'm not sure his stories for F&SF have a different "flavour" than those published in Asimov's.
Another author I associate with F&SF is M. RICKERT (wasn't she "discovered" by Gordon, BTW?)

Yes, it's true that I "discovered" M. Rickert.

I don't think Bob Reed's F&SF stories have a different flavor from his stories for ASIMOV'S or other publications, but I think he tries to keep most of his series stories in the same venues. His stories about Raven (like "Less Than Nothing" in the Jan. 2006 issue) have all run in F&SF. We have another one in inventory.
