Hey Mike,

Finally found the site here the other day (came over to talk Euro2004 with JeffV), and thought I'd pop my head in and say hello. Life good?

Derryl,

Just back after a ten-day road trip and being home feels quite good, yeah. Glad you found the nighshadebooks site. Hope all is well with you, too. Keep me posted on the progress of your story collection from Wildside Press, by the way. Some other folks around here might be interested, too.

All best,

Mike

Hi Mike,

The cover for the book can be seen here:

It's due in late Fall, I'm told. For those who don't know, Mike was one of four authors who kindly supplied blurbs for the back cover.

Got my own 2.5 week road trip coming up; it'll be nice to get away.

Very nice cover. I especially like the way the wasp's body is made up of other natural objects, and the type is awfully attractive. I'll look forward to seeing the finished book.
