NCAA hoops season officially began last night, kicked off by many silly Midnight Madness events across the country.
The University of Kentucky has the new attendance record for such things at about 23K people, I believe. I think this shows that we should all be grateful to live anywhere other than Lexington.
Pitt will be a youthful (read: inexperienced) team this year, but lead by senior PG, Carl Krauser, who wisely withdrew from the NBA draft last spring. I have no clue what to expect. They could win 20 games and lose to Sienna in the first round or they could win 10 games and miss the NIT cut. We'll see.

Yeah, exactly, except you don't (usually) have to wear hip-waders.

So who's gonna win it all? Duke? Kentucky? Oh, yeah. Now I remember why I hate college ball.
