Somewhat at odds with ElectricStory's other regular columnist, Howard Waldrop, who recently reviewed Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow over at Locus, Lucius Shepard offers us Sky Captain and the World of Poo-poo Ca-ca, surely a new highpoint in the annals of postmodern discourse.

That's a hell of a review. One of the funniest and best I've read in a long time.

It didn't deserve more that 900 words. :-) Thanks, Jeff.

Yeah, I thought my favorite line from your review was "often leaving the actors each with discernable aura" but then I got to the "will reduce our children and their children’s children to idiot proles with the average IQ of stuffed animals" line. I didn't quote the whole thing as people should go read the whole review.

Priceless!

"Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, what did you think of the play?"
