We just bought a 40,000 word sf novel from Alex, called THE LIFE OF RILEY. Patrick Arrasmith has agreed to provide the dust jacket art.

Arrasmith is awesome -- you'll have a nice looking book!

Hi Irene--you'd know something about nice-looking books. Yeah, Bill used a reprint (is that the right term for a painting?) Arrasmith for my short-story collection and it was swell. Can't wait to see what he does with Riley.

Congrats! That's way cool! Alex is one of my most favoritest writers. Any timeframe on when this will be available?

RILEY should be available early next year. We're designing the interior right now, and PA is working on the cover.
We're starting a line of short sf/fantasy novels, priced at $20-$25, 140-200 pages, the first of which will be THE DRY SALVAGES by Caitlin R. Kiernan.

Okay, never mind. I'll put it up on my web page. Trust me, it's sweet.
