What with our USPS service still being so dreadful here in New Orleans, not to mention the fact that having two little guys in the house means we don't have a whole lot of time for sending out holiday cards anyway, I figured placing a posting here was maybe the best way to wish a big MERRY CHRISTMAS, HAPPY HANNUKAH/CHANUKAH/HANUKKAH, AND HEALTHY NEW YEAR to all our wonderful friends around the country. From the good folks of Albuquerque and Santa Fe who initially took us under their wings right after Katrina, when we were stuck at the Albuquerque Airport Hyatt, to the writers and fans and friends who supported us in South Florida, where we ended up next, to the terrific fans from the Gulf Coast, who tracked us down and sent us regular care packages -- all of y'all couldn't have been more wonderful these past months. I hope that 2006 will be a much happier and less traumatic year for all of us.
