Hey Greg,

Good to hear from you! I'll check to see if I have an extra copy of the UK edition, but I don't think I do. It was a paperback original and had a pretty small first printing, as I recall, and I think I just have my single Author's Copy. But I'll keep my eyes open for you, as sometimes I see them in the dealers' room at conventions. You can also check out ABE (Advanced Book Exchange) online to do a used book search.

How are things in the old DC matrix? Drop me a line & fill me in -- tbird@midcoast.com. Hope you're doing okay!

Greg --

I just check ABE and there are copies available; search via http://dogbert.abebooks.com. This is the version that has an extra hundred or so pages of Sweeney wandering around DC/CUA with Oliver (i.e., me with Oscar), but I honestly don't recall what's in there. Tell me if you see anyone we know!

I don't know if you remember Kent the bartender.
He hung himself in his barn a month ago.
I am just waiting for the Arabs to do something.
I am working in DC at 14th and Penn - ground zero.
Turned 50 at the end of October - thank God that is over. It has not been a great year - my dog died of cancer at 12, my boat got totalled by some wine and cheese sailors, and a christian of the apocalypse idiot stole another election and moved the field of Megiddo north. Other than that everything is peaches and cream.

There was another copy at

Hey Greg,

I emailed you asking about Kent. Really, really sad. He was a great guy, I used to love going out to his farm. I assume Wayne knows?

But I'm glad you got a new yellow dog...
