Ditto that. Beauty in simplicity. Can't wait to snag this book.

Lovely cover. Might I just add how wonderful I find Prime Books by the way. The selection of authors, reprints and the beauty of the work, I'm a grateful little reader because of it.

I can't wait for the release.

And for anyone who hasn't yet read Holly Phillips' In the Palace of Repose, I'm finally getting a chance to read it, and I recommend it highly. It's a wonderful book. But what else would you expect from Prime? :-)

(Also highly recommended, anything by Catherynne Valente. Her prose is just gorgeous.)

Thanks for posting this, Luis! The design looks gorgeous!

Meanwhile, the spambot is eating my board. Is there anything I can do???

Ellen Datlow has removed certain posts from her threads. Can't you do the same?

I can't remove them myself--that takes an administrator. Jason (I think?) has removed some for me, but I think someone's trying to solve the general problem. Maybe I'll email, though, to see if anyone can go through again and remove what's on the board now. If I can find the email of whoever removed them the first time . . . My inbox is ridiculously full and I barely remember where anything is just now. And I don't have much time to look for things . . . :-(

Thanks, Em! :-)

Today is a happyface day because I'm more than halfway through the proofs for the short story collection. It's a strange thing, reading about 250 pages of one's own writing! But I'm happy that the proofing is close to done.

But I don't know what to do about this message board. I guess I'll just unlink it from my homepage for now? I don't want people who don't know what's going on with the spambot to come here and wonder why my message board is so messy. Bleagh.

And the semester is halfway over too! Hooray . . . It's been a lot of fun, but also tons of work, and I'm looking forward to getting some writing time!
