Thanks, everyone --
Got back home last night from WFC. I don't think I've yet processed what's just happened, but it's slowly sinking in. What an incredible thrill and honor.
The best part is my fiancee and my folks were able to make it out there, and so they were a part of the whole thing, and that was extremely special.
Needless to say, I'll probably be on Cloud Nine for a while. It was a terrific con over there in Madison. I'm so glad to be back home though because it's time to get back to work.
Lucius -- we missed you over there, man. Hope you're feeling better everyday.
Paul, Charlie, Ellen, Bob, and JV -- it was terrific seeing you again, however briefly it may have been.
Rick, Vera, Ben, Richard, Jetse, Stephen, Josh, and Claire -- thanks so much for the well wishes. Hope all is good over where you are. It sure is good over here still.
Wow, wow, wow.

Congrats, John! Awesome!
It was great to see your parents there...they must be very proud.

John, I didn't get a chance to congratulate you after you received your award - the award is so very well deserved. It's fantastic. I was so happy for you up there, it was seriously touching. How cool to have your family there with you! Your gratious speech was wonderful, an example for everyone. Well done, John.

I picked up on this terrific news a little late. Please let me join the rest of your friends in wishing you well and expressing happiness at recognition that has been long overdue. Better book covers mean more readers, and God knows we all need more readers!

Hi, Irene ...
Thank you so much. Great to spend time with you and Greg out there. I'm glad to be back home though. Sorry I didn't get back sooner. I'll email you a little later.
I really appreciate it. What a weekend, huh? The only thing that would've completed a perfect weekend would've been a Badger win, but onward to victory against Iowa, hopefully. Thanks again.
Sorry we haven't been in touch lately. How are you over there? I'll check in with you soon, and see how everything thing is in earnest....see if you're up and running for Thanksgiving and all. I'll touch base soon. But thanks so much. I appreciate it!!!

Hey man, It was awesome that you won the award. I know I got to say it in Madison, but the best thing was that it was totally deserved. Your work for the past handful of years has been amazing, and getting better. I can't wait to see what you do next, or to hear about the other awards you'll no doubt be picking up.

Hi, Jonathan --
Thanks very much. I really appreciate it. It's a real honor to be a part of the WF tradition. It was terrific hanging out with you, Garth, Justin, Deborah, and the Aussie contingent. The Aussie presence was really strong in Madison, and they threw a terrific party. It was a great weekend all around and certainly one I'll never forget.
Hope all's well with you over there. Stay in touch!

Hmm, thought I posted here, but will do so again. As I've said elsewhere, well done that man.

Well deserved. Your art is new and different and classic all at once. I can't wait to own a print or two.

Hey thanks, William. That's really kind of you.
Working on a lot of new stuff and I should have my website updated in a few days, so I'll do my best to keep the good stuff coming.
As far as prints, my fiancee will be helping to organize a comprehensive "commerce" section on my site sometime in the first half of 2006 and folks will be able to buy prints much more easily at that point. Long overdue.
If there's a particular image you want now or sometime soon though, just email me and let me know and I'll pass along details so you don't have to wait.
