Yawn along with yours truly, in what I suppose could, for the moment, be called "the flesh" -

NYRSF Reading - October 14th -
The Melville Gallery, South Street Seaport, in Manhattan. Doors open at 6:30, I'm reading with someone else whose name I've already ungraciously forgotten. Five clams. Evidently, Jim Freund tapes these readings for replay on WBAI. Anyone whose appetite for self-mortification exceeds all possible limits may refer back to this space for time of broad/webcast, when such information becomes available.
213 Water Street - take the 2 or the 3 to the Wall Street stop and head east, then north (if I'm not mistaken, and I am always mistaken) on Water Street.

I will also be participating in the Lambshead reading at the Washington D.C. Borders, which will transpire I believe on October 29th. More details when I know them. Don't worry - good writers will also be in attendance!

Park Avenue, seven thirty - well and good, but on what particular day, please? (It can't be October 30th?)

Hi Michael,

Was great seeing you at WF. I put details of my NYC reading on my message board. Be great if you can make it. If not, I'll see you at the Borders reading.

Well okay then. I won't bring my wallet.

And we'll both be at Jeff's reading the next night, which I forgot to mention above.

I am authorized to inform you that trained observers and a select cadre of undercover bodyguards will be present at your upcoming readings, courtesy of the International Institute For Further Study. Can't give those goons from WHO and the AMA an easy target, am I right?
