Well, 2007 is drawing to a close. Gardner, J. Strahan, R. Horton, Hartwell, E Datlow are probably all busy preparing their SF and/or Fantasy Best of the Year Anthologies...
I'm a little bit jealous. They have their own anthologies, why not me? Granted, Gardner is a semigod, but the others are mere human beings... So, I still haven't find a publisher but here's (pending further readings) my faves in the 2007 crop (in alphabetical order):

ASHER: Alien Archeology (Asimov's)
BACIGALUPI: THe Tamarisk Hunter (F&SF)
CHIANG: THe Merchant and the Alchemist's Gate (F&SF)
COWDREY: Murder in the Flying Vatican (F&SF)
COWDREY: THe Recreation Room (F&SF)
DURBIN: Bone Man (F&SF)
EGAN: Dark Integers (Asimov's)
EGAN: Steve Fever (Technology Review)
FLYNN: Quaestiones Super Caelo et Mundo (Analog)
FREDERICK: Yearning for the White Avenger (Analog)
JOHNSON: Icarus Beach (Analog)
KRESS: Safeguard (Asimov's)
LOVETT: The Sands of Titan (Analog)
MOFFETT: The Bird Shaman's Girl (F&SF)
MOLES: Finisterra (F&SF)
OLSEN: The Men in the Attic (Interzone)
RANDAL: Lazaro y Antonio (F&SF)
REED: Roxie (Asimov's)
RICKERT: Don't Ask (F&SF)
ROBERSON: The Sky is Large and The Earth is Small (Asimov's)
RUSCH: Recovering Apollo 8 (Asimov's)
SHEPARD: Stars Seen Through Stone (F&SF)
SHEPARD: Vacancy (Subterranean Online)
SKILLINGSTEAD: Strangers on a Bus (Asimov's)
